Please read the following carefully before placing an order:

1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
   We currently do not offer COD. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
2. No Return or Exchange
   All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so kindly check all product details (sizes, colors, measurements, etc.) before purchasing.
3. In case of size issue we will put the product on story as available again for 24 hours, size issue should be informed within a week after delivery. All pieces are measured by hand and may vary slightly in measurement than mentioned
4. Damaged/Defective Items
   
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, a package opening video is mandatory as proof.
• Without this video, we will not be able to process any complaint
5. Exchange or Return Requests (If approved)
• Reverse pickup is not available,you must arrange your own courier to return
• In special cases where an exchange or return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery.
• You have to update us regarding the issue within 48 hours of delivery on pandapickedstore@gmail.con
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned parcel and verify its condition and with freebies.
• If the freebies are not sent back 50 rupees will be deducted
• Please note only 50 rupees extra will be provided for delivery in case of exchange so please sent it back via indian normal post or any service that charge less or same
6. Condition of Items
   
• Items must be in original, unworn condition.
• If there are any signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume, no refund will be provided.
• Please note that all pieces pictures are taken by phone in natural light and colour and size may vary slightly in different lights
